Our range of plunger type dosing pumps, industrial metering pumps is positive displacement pumps and in each cycle of operation these pumps displace a particular amount of fluid. The pumping action is created by the reciprocating motion of a plunger. As per the requirements of the customers, we offer our assortment of plunger metering pumps and industrial metering pumps in different models. Our plunger type dosing pumps and industrial metering pumps, have two parts such as drive end mechanism and the liquid end mechanism. It can be distributed in simplex, duplex or multiple heads for handling various chemicals with a common motor to facilitate the whole operation. Each head is independently connected and the capacities of each head are also independently adjustable. Following are the specifications and features of our assortment: • It can achieve flow rates up to 10000lts/hr and delivery pressures up to 400Kg/sq.cm. | Our range of multihead dosing pump is offered as simplex, duplex or multiple heads for handling different chemicals with a common motor to make possible the whole operation. Each head is independently connected and the capacities of each head are also independently modifiable. The pump can achieve flow rates up to 10000lts/hr & delivery pressures up to 400Kg/sq.cm. The multihead dosing pumps have 2/3/4 different suction and 2/3/4 variable discharges. This Facility helps to reduce the power consumption and the cost of 2/3 Motors. All the Pumps can be made to dose as per the specifications of the client. If customer wants, then the dosing of one, two, three or all the four pumps can be stopped easily. In these system pumps are coupled together and fitted in one base plate with single motor. The pumps are made with unique dosing system and are commonly used in sugar industry for mill sanitation where chemicals are dosed in three or four points in variable capacities. With this arrangement 2 or more liquids can be pumped to one or different points in different proportions. This can be used in other process industries also where two or more liquids/chemicals required to be dosed in different proportions. |
